I had some problems with this blog but I think this one deserves a second chance.
Writing in English is kind of hard but I guess it's a good way to practise(I need it since these days I don't use English that much in my school or at free time).

I could use this place as a photo dump too, for photos that I have taken that I don't really want to put anywhere else.

I felt so fricking stupid and sad for the whole weekend - and I though I was supposed to be over that angsty teenage phase, why did it make a comeback?! I'm not a kid anymore. : (

Why do I have to keep doing the same thing over and over again? I say stuff that I haven't thought through and end up in an uncomfortable situation and because I have no idea how to deal with it I just keep dodging everything thrown at me and turn myself ice cold towards everyone even people who don't deserve that - AND I KNOW I'M DOING THAT SO WHY DO I REPEAT IT? Dx

Maybe I haven't grown up yet. Even though I'm adult by my age, there's no way I'm that mentally. Or so? But I obviously am not retarded either.

So here's the necklace I was talking about in the last post.

I like how it turned out and that's what matters to me. xD
One more clock/gear thingy was made before this and I corrected some mistakes on my second try. This was a bit more detailed(had my name on it, the clock face and hands were more decorated and gears had more details as well) but it had to be simplified to work. :''<

The chain used in this is originally from a Second Hand Store I like to visit. : D
It only cost less than half an euro!

Not a bad way to spend a Friday evening in my opinion.

It's so dark in here already, I haven't been able to take any photos after school..! Dx

Today my senpai flushed her iPhone from the toilet. She became hysteric and laughed at the whole thing before she kind of worned out and decided to go home since things didn't seem to go her way. :'D
Poor thing, I hope she gets a new phone soon!

Hmm 3 Doors Down just started playing on the Radio Rock. It's their new song One Light.
WTF. It sounds just like Alien Ant Farm's Stick & Stones!!! Just different lyrics and I know those guys haven't stolen it, but suddenly 3DD's style changes and their music sounds just like AAF...? :''D

I have been trying to draw a Steam Punk themed thing to make on the laser(Trust me! The plastic I'm going to use looks just like brass or bronze!), it's going to be everyday necklace, not part of my SP costume. So I might take a photo of it when I get it done. : D

School's going well, we have lots of work to do and it's interesting~
And you know, the stores and shops exploded with Christmas thingies long ago, but I haven't got any idea what I will give to my dear ones on Christmas.
I'm such a selfish person, I would just love to make jewellery for myself but I need to think about others too. :''''D

Holiday starts tomorrow. I will fetch my pre-ordered Pokémon White 2 game from GameStop and head back home to say Hi to my cats and friends and family.

October Start

Hi again!

So October is finally here. What does it mean? Well for most of the Finns it means the time of the darkness is here again. For me it means there's less than two weeks left till the new Pokémon White 2 comes!!! Oh and Pokémon Black 2 too, but I'm going with W2. I'm really excited. I want to see the new Team Plasma. And they are giving out new Legendary Pocket Monsters in some events, but sadly only in Lapland and Helsinki. (Like, that's so fair, right? HELL NO! ) I missed Keldeo, so for Genesect I'm ready to travel across the Finland to get it. I'm dead serious. >8(
Well, my Autumn Holiday starts at the same time the new game is out, so that totally affects my plans for the holiday.... Because I think I'm just going to play Pokémon.

I have tried to lose some weight and get myself to better shape but so far I can't really see the results and I'm angry about that. I mean, I go walking/jogging almost every day and I have been eating more vegetables than I would have wanted but there's nothing to show. I walk for 1,5 hours and could go more if I wanted but it's depressing that it doesn't do anything.

So today I bought some Chili Nuts to cheer myself up. GAH. I bought something meaningless again. But I ate them with joy, they taste so good. :'''D
Now that I live alone I have tried to watch what I eat. I have come to an conclusion: If I don't buy it, I won't eat it. But it's so hard not to let myself have my favourite food. Of course I don't count the school food, that I can eat all I want but it's okay since we have some really good stuff in there and healthy too.

But I will keep trying. I don't want to be out of shape. D:
Well I don't want to be anemic stick figure either, but that's not going to happen anytime soon, don't worry!
So basically I'm doing fine, eating healthy and taking care of myself and feeling bad about it. x''''D

Hmmmm I have been a bit less active than I would have hoped for. And I promised to write and show photos of that certain weekend at Tampere but I actually don't have that much photos. You get to see what I bought but that's that. :''D
My two Fairy Tail keychains! When I saw Gajeel I was really happy and when I saw they sold Lily too I just had to buy them both!

Meowth Student Overall patch! And I refuse to call it an ordinary canvas patch! The mouth has a colouring mistake but I think it still looks good! PoKéMoN was one of my favourite childhood TV series(LOL so hard to keep myself from typing 'anime' in there!)

My guardian angel! Semal was bought from Tracon's artist alley. He looks so cute and is now hanging on my bookshelf.

I went to the underage afterparty because of Jenlayn. I love their single Alice. I jumped and sung and danced and screamed like I have never before done.... It was an amazing experience and in the end Jae threw his pick at me, literally, I swear he looked at me and threw it! It hit me right to the head, and I quickly snatched it from the floor(others seemed to agree that it was mine since there was really no fighting about it, just jealous looks).
I already drilled one small hole to the pick and made a necklace out of it. Just need to write the event/date to the backside of it. :D

So Tracon VII was awesome and I plan on going the next year too! ;)

And my Steampunk outfit project is going forward! Today I bought pants and boots to it. I had originally planned to use some black boots I already own and give them a temporary cover/surface from either leather or brown canvas but when I saw these at the Second Hand Store I immediately fell in love with them(my taste is weird...?):

They have pastel blue leather inside them! And it says they have been made in Spain! Boots cost only 6€ and I get to customize these more than my black boots(which are for cosplay). I also found some interesting buttons and chains. Still need to find some kind of white shirt and brown/leather vest~ On the 42nd week I'm going home to spend my fall holiday with my family so I get to sew and craft in there. :D

Winged Top Hat.

This is my avatar in Gaia Online! The idea to do a Steampunk outift came from adoring the SP stuff I saw in conventions and in the internet, and before I started making my outift I actually created one in Gaia! Three of the items I own were presents from ever so awesome Nasuh. Love you dude!

I'm still feeling a bit unwell but that's not gonna stop me! ;D

So I'm starting small. I want to make a great looking top hat but I want to test my skills first. Here's how it's going so far! x'D

The top hat I'm making is rather small and kind of girly version of the real thing... I will make the wing's "feathers" from "softis", brown soft foam and the yellow parts from fimo to act like a supporting parts. Black will also be from fimo or foam I haven't decided yet. Thread will be either gold/brown or have some mixed colours, right now the black thread is only to keep the paper model wing at place.
The hat itself is made of strong yet thin cardboard and it has tape in it(actually in Finland: Maalarinteippi! ) which I covered with Gesso. I will paint it first with black & then softly brown to have an old leather-ish look.
Should I make two wings or just one? I kind of like how it looks now but I guess I will go with both wings since I have enough softis to do that! ;D

Today I also found some really cheap chain from a second hand store! It's actually a chain used as a hip decoration, so it's pretty long.

I was going to upload some designs of the whole outfit but I was too lazy to scan the entries in my sketchbook.

Oh and I also found some brass eyelets wandering about in my messy apartment, I'm using them in either boots or the vest/shirt I'm planning. xD

I think I got something from Tracon 7, I have had a headache and felt awfully dizzy for the whole day. But I don't own a thermometer so I went to school anyway. I couldn't do much so tomorrow when we don't have any lessons until afternoon I will be there at 8 or 9 AM to work on the project that I shunned today...

I got my hands on FREE black leather pants! Those will be used on my Steampunk outift when I have time( Autumn or Christmas holiday). Mainly the leather to make some small belts, not the pants as whole because I'm too fat to them. x'''D Now I need to find enough belt buckles! :D
Wings would be really cool to make too and I'm thinking of using soft foam to them( softis in Finnish, I don't know what it's called in English).

Now I'm off to drink tea and blow my nose!
